Conditions of Use
Adleys Honey provide our on line shopping services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Adleys Honey you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Adleys Honey on line shopping service or visit or purchase from any business or website affiliated with Adleys Honey products, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. By making an online purchase from Adleys Honey you agree that you have read and agreed with all the terms and conditions.
We only accept online orders for shipment to Australian residential or private mailbox (PO Box) addresses. Overseas shipping addresses will not be accepted. Once you place your order, we will review it and put it through for processing. If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions. Otherwise the order will be shipped within 4 business days.
We do not accept orders shipped to international addresses from our online shopping cart. For all international sales please contact our team via email firstname.lastname@example.org so that our team may be able to support your request.
Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the time of ordering. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (goods and services tax) where it applies.
Product Delivery Restrictions
Western Australia: Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, honey and honeycomb are prohibited from entering Western Australia. Tasmania: Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, we cannot send honeycomb into Tasmania.
We use Courier services and Australia Post for delivery to all areas of Australia and anticipate delivery within 4-7 business days to QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT and 7-10 business days to SA, WA, NT and TAS from shipment date. To some regional parts of Australia, delivery can take longer. During busy periods, such as Christmas, and in the event of public holidays, delays in delivery can occur due to the capacity of our transport providers. Please make sure that the delivery address and postcode are correct, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided. Likewise in the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays.
We ship and track all orders via Courier or Australia Post and a signature is required upon delivery. If no-one is home at the time of delivery a card will be left explaining the options to either collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office if it is being shipped via Australia Post or to organise to have it redelivered it arriving via courier.
If collection has not occurred in the allocated time frame and the order is returned to Adleys Honey (the sender), the purchaser (the receiver) will be notified via email by the Adleys Honey within 7 business days of the item/s arrival at the Adleys Honey’s return address, at which time the purchaser will be responsible for all fees associated with the reshipment of the order.
When ordering if you would like your delivery to be left in a secure place without the need for a signature you can specify this in the delivery comments section of the order. This acts as an “authority to leave” notification and the Adleys Honey cannot be held responsible for lost or damage to this delivery.
We accept payment online by PayPal, which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential. Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.
Adleys Honey reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty. You too may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification prior to the order being dispatched.
We take great pride in the quality and condition of our honey and honey products and it should reach you in the best possible condition. When you receive your order, if you are not happy with what you have received, please call us right away on 1300 74 10 20 or email email@example.com and we will endeavour to address any concerns as soon as possible.

In the event that your product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description or perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method or a replacement offered once proof of purchase is confirmed and your product is returned to Adleys Honey.
There is no refund or exchange offered where you change your mind or where you make an error with your order.
There is no refund or exchange offered on sale items.
Why can’t we exchange products if you make an error ordering or change your mind?
As a food business, we are unable to accept returned stock as we can not be sure if it has been tampered with or opened, meaning we are not able to resell this stock.
We only send replacement stock for damaged or faulty stock once the original stock is returned. We then complete a thorough assessment of the returned goods to determine if they qualify for replacement.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you have purchased from Adleys Honey online, and your product is faulty, damaged or does not match its description or perform its function you can return or exchange it by contacting our customer service team on 1300 74 10 20 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days to discuss your options.
Privacy & Your Information
Credit card details are not retained after payment has been received.
When you join our email list, we may collect some personal information such as first and last name and your email address. We use this to send you information about bees, honey, pollination, gardening, our news, latest products and offers. When we send you an email you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email or by emailing email@example.com
