The name “Iron Bark” had me concerned about just how the honey would taste. Surprisingly, it’s quite rich and mellow, tangy yet smooth without any bitter or unpleasant aftertaste. It won’t knock Yellow Box off my favourite list, but it’s a close second.

The Iron bark is my personal favourite. I think it’s great when someone recognises a honey that is not Yellow box! There are so many out there.
