This is truly excellent honey (I would give it 6 starts if I could)! Great consistency, colour and taste – this is ‘true’ honey, not sweet flavoured syrup! It’s the perfect all rounder – use it in baking, BBQ marinades, breakfast smoothies, on porridge, crumpets or toast, drizzled over yogurt or ice-cream – the list is truly endless. I’m sure you could even add it to DIY hair treatments, soaps, body butters, candles, etc. Making this product even ‘sweeter’ – support home-grown Australian family business (hear, hear!!!). Bees are one of the most important creatures in our food chain. Without bees, we don’t have LOTS of products!
