Our Farmers and Their Bees
Here at Adleys Honey we work closely with our team of Beekeepers to produce the very best Eucalyptus honey that Australia has to offer.
Our farmers and their bees travel great distances throughout New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland collecting honey from native forests, bush land and outback plains.
This ensures the highest quality honey is being used and offers an array of floral tones to our honey. Being minimally processed, packaged by hand, our 100% Australian honey is just as the bees intended…natural!
Our Honey Varieties
Raw Honey
An all-Australian classic with traditional honey flavours. Our Raw Honey has had no heat during the extraction proves to maintain full flavours and natural enzymes; it is straight from the hive.
Creamed Honey
Creamed Honey is an old time favourite; it is simply runny raw honey that has been whipped to create an uplifting, light and fluffy texture. It surely is the one to surprise your guest with!
